The Vise Accelerate Fellowship

Vise is a technology-powered asset manager that helps financial advisors build, manage, and explain personalized portfolios at scale. Backed by investors like Sequoia, and Founders Fund, Vise has raised nearly $130 million since its founding in 2016.

Accelerate is a small, high-velocity unit working on opportunistic AI applications across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance. Accelerate leverages Vise’s distribution into RIAs and access to deep end-user portfolio context to deliver high-leverage AI projects.

The Vise Accelerate Fellowship is a 3-month program designed to train top builders to tackle Vise's highest-leverage problems. Fellows will work in small, high-output squads of 2–3 to build measurable productivity gains and differentiated enterprise-grade features.

The Fellowship is a paid position for Summer 2026, based in Vise’s headquarters in New York. Vise will provide housing as needed for intense collaboration and speed. The highest performing Fellows will be converted into full-time hires.
